Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Services Associate at Reccaa Club in Kochi. Responsibilities include assisting guests with their inquiries and requests, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and addressing guest concerns in a professional and friendly manner. The role requires maintaining effective communication with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience, ensuring a welcoming and positive environment for all club visitors.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Guest Services and handling guest-related inquiries
• Strong Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming and pleasant experience
• Experience with Reservations processes and systems
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Problem-solving abilities and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus
• Proficiency in English required; knowledge of local languages is an advantage
