Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Guest Services Associate. The Guest Services Associate will provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and addressing inquiries to ensure a memorable experience. Responsibilities include resolving guest concerns, catering to special requests, and maintaining smooth communication between departments to deliver seamless services.

Qualifications

• Experience and skills in Guest Services, including check-ins, check-outs, and assisting with guest inquiries
• Proficiency in Customer Service and handling Reservations
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills to foster positive guest interactions
• Ability to multitask, work effectively in a fast-paced setting, and maintain a welcoming demeanor
• Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset
