Role Overview: As a Guest Services Associate at Feastary Hospitality, a unit of Lion India Ltd., located in Gurgaon, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a high level of customer service by welcoming and assisting guests, handling inquiries and complaints, managing reservations, and coordinating with various departments to meet guest needs. Your role will involve daily tasks related to food and beverage operations, effective communication, and problem-solving to maintain guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner - Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently - Manage reservations and ensure accuracy in booking details - Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and preferences - Maintain a high level of customer service at all times - Ensure smooth food and beverage operations for guest satisfaction - Demonstrate strong communication skills in interactions with guests and colleagues - Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations effectively - Uphold a professional demeanor and exhibit excellent interpersonal skills - Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is advantageous - High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred - QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Experience is necessary Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Guest Services and Guest Service skills - Demonstrated Customer Service skills - Experience in managing reservations - Strong Communication skills - Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations - Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills - Previous experience in hospitality or related field is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred - QSR Experience needed.
