We are looking for a courteous and professional Guest Service Associate to join our Front Office team. Based at our property in Karjat or Mulshi, the Guest Service Associate will be responsible for delivering a seamless check-in and check-out experience, assisting guests with inquiries, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly and manage the check-in/check-out process efficiently.
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about the property, amenities, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Process payments, maintain guest records, and manage front desk operations.
• Ensure lobby and reception areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Uphold service standards and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma in hospitality management is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in front office or guest-facing role preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with property management systems (PMS) and basic computer skills.
• Pleasant personality, professional appearance, and a service-oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
