Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Reservation Sales Executive to manage guest reservations and drive sales conversions. This role requires excellent communication, sales skills, and the ability to deliver seamless guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage room reservations, group bookings, and event inquiries via phone, email & OTAs. Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, packages, and promotions. Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by upselling and promoting hotel services. Coordinate with operations teams (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) for guest requirements.
