Role Overview: As a Guest Service Associate at Bari Kothi, you will be an integral part of our team at the award-winning luxury heritage hotel in Murshidabad. Your role will involve greeting and assisting guests with warmth, handling check-in/check-out processes efficiently, responding to guest needs promptly, and assisting with heritage storytelling, property tours, and cultural experiences. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest satisfaction and supporting front office operations and reservations.
