Guest Services Associate

Role Overview: You will be a Guest Service Associate (GSA) at Dlifrance India, located in Gurugram, Haryana (Delhi NCR). Your role will involve providing exceptional guest service, ensuring smooth caf operations, and maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment. Your passion for hospitality and teamwork will contribute to ensuring every guest enjoys a delightful experience. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist guests warmly to ensure a positive dining experience. - Take and process orders efficiently with accuracy. - Operate the POS system responsibly and handle cash or card transactions. - Prepare and serve beverages and bakery products according to brand standards. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area. - Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene protocols. - Support the team in day-to-day operations and inventory management. - Handle guest queries and complaints courteously and promptly. - Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations. Qualifications: - Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality or food service industry. - Prior experience as a Guest Service Associate/Caf Staff/Front-of-House team member preferred. - Knowledge of coffee machines and beverage preparation is an advantage. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Attention to detail and commitment to quality service. - A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. - High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
