Role Description

A GSA (Guest Service Associate) in F&B (Food & Beverage) ensures a great dining experience by greeting guests, taking orders, serving food/drinks, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness, and resolving issues, all while promoting menu items and coordinating with kitchen staff for seamless, high-quality service. They focus on guest satisfaction through personalized attention, efficient service, and upholding hygiene standards in hotels and restaurants. 

Qualifications

• Guest Services and Customer Service skills with a strong focus on creating positive guest experiences
• Providing a welcoming and positive guest experience is crucial for a hotel's reputation.
• Experience in handling guests and serving them.
• Excellent Communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Professional and friendly demeanor with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
