Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Manager based in Kolkata. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote MD PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED's offerings. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with the sales and operations teams, and building strong relationships with clients. The manager will also ensure proper brand representation and work towards achieving organizational growth objectives. Qualifications Strong Marketing and Digital Marketing skills. Proficiency in developing Marketing Strategies and Campaign Management. Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities. Experience in Client Relationship Management and Team Collaboration. Proven track record in driving brand growth and achieving revenue targets. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus. Experience in the real estate sector or related industries is advantageous. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
