Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Services Associate located in Vythiri. The Guest Services Associate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by addressing guest needs, handling customer service interactions, managing reservations, and maintaining effective communication with clients. This role requires a proactive, service-oriented approach to create welcoming and seamless guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guest Services, Guest Service, and Customer Service
• Proficiency in managing Reservations and ensuring smooth booking processes
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide a personalized guest experience
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and adapt to on-site responsibilities
• Knowledge of hospitality or prior experience in a similar role is a plus
