About the Role The Guest Service Associate will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience for our guests through excellent service and support. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to guests. Assist with check-in and check-out processes. Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Qualifications Freshers are welcome (Hotel Management preferred). 1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus. Required Skills Good English communication skills. Presentable appearance with a positive attitude. Basic system knowledge. Preferred Skills Experience in the hospitality industry.
