Job Title: Guest Relationship Executive
Location: PVR Cinemas, GurugramSalary: Up to 4 LPAWorking Days: 6 days a weekJob Summary:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Guest Relationship Executive to join our team at PVR Cinemas in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, combined with a degree in Hospitality Management. As a Guest Relationship Executive, you will be the face of our cinema, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests through excellent service and effective communication.Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome guests warmly as they enter the cinema.- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.- Maintain a high standard of customer service in line with PVR's policies and procedures.- Assist in managing guest feedback and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction.- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.- Promote cinema events, special screenings, and loyalty programs to guests.- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and follow up on special requests.- Assist in organizing events and promotions to elevate guest engagement.- Support the management team with administrative tasks as required.Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a guest relationship or customer service role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.- Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as required.What We Offer:- Competitive salary package.- Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.- A vibrant and dynamic working environment.If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences and meet the qualifications listed above, we invite you to apply for the Guest Relationship Executive position.
