Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relations Executive to join our team at Accor Hotels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to guests.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in guest relations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
