Job Description

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth seating arrangements. Your role involves managing reservations, answering inquiries, and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting guests and managing reservations or walk-ins efficiently.
Answering phone calls and providing information about the menu, hours, and events.
Coordinating seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction.
Addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Assisting with administrative tasks, such as updating reservation systems.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in a similar role is an asset.
