Job Summary: The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for creating a positive experience for all visitors, clients, and potential buyers. The role involves managing front-office operations, coordinating client meetings and site visits, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the customer’s journey with the company.   Key Responsibilities: Client Interaction Welcome and attend to clients, visitors, and customers in a professional and courteous manner. Understand client requirements and guide them to the concerned department or executive. Coordinate and manage customer site visits, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience. Communication & Coordination Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from clients promptly. Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients and sales teams. Coordinate with sales, CRM, and admin teams for client requirements or escalations. Maintain daily visitor logs, feedback records, and client follow-up details. Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries or complaints. Gather feedback from clients and report insights to management for service improvement. Administrative Support Maintain front office records, stationery, and housekeeping coordination. Support the sales and marketing team with event coordination and client communication. Prepare daily and weekly reports on client visits and interactions.
