Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive, located in Gurgaon. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences through personalized service. Key duties include welcoming visitors, handling customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, managing guest appointments, and assisting in maintaining a professional and welcoming environment. The role requires proactive problem-solving and a commitment to upholding the company’s high standards of customer care and hospitality. Qualifications Customer Service and Guest Relations skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences Interpersonal and Communication skills, including verbal and written communication proficiency Organizational abilities and Multitasking skills to manage appointments and respond to inquiries efficiently Proficiency in Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution to handle guest concerns professionally Knowledge of Hospitality or Real Estate sectors is an advantage Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a friendly, customer-focused attitude Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
