As a valuable member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting management by training, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees. Your guidance will serve as a cornerstone in fostering a positive work environment where individuals can thrive. Upholding the confidentiality of proprietary information and protecting company assets will be paramount in maintaining trust and integrity. In your role, you will be responsible for welcoming and acknowledging guests with genuine appreciation. Anticipating and addressing guests" service needs, including assisting individuals with disabilities, will be a key aspect of providing exceptional customer service. Your clear and professional communication skills will be essential in interactions with both guests and colleagues. Additionally, your ability to prepare and review written documents accurately and completely will ensure effective communication within the team. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and utilizing computer/POS systems to enter and locate information will be part of your daily responsibilities. Your physical stamina will be tested as you may be required to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. If you possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, at least 1 year of related work experience, and 1 year of supervisory experience, you are encouraged to apply.
