Qualifications

• Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality experiences
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries
• Sales experience and the ability to promote additional offerings and services to guests when required
• Well-groomed appearance, friendly demeanor, and ability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
