Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Basant Kunj, New Delhi. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, communication, customer service, sales, and receptionist duties on a daily basis.

 Welcoming Guests:

Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and ensure they feel comfortable and valued.

Assist guests with seating arrangements and ensure smooth table management.

 Customer Interaction:

Engage with guests to understand their dining preferences, answer inquiries, and provide

recommendations on menu items.

Handle special requests, complaints, or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.

 Reservation Management:

Manage reservations via phone, online booking platforms, and in person.

Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure accurate and smooth seating arrangements.

 Customer Feedback:

Collect guest feedback, both verbal and written, and report it to management to improve customer

service.

Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit and follow up on unresolved issues.

 Promotion and Upselling:

Promote special offers, events, and new menu items to enhance guest experience.

Upsell food and beverage options to boost revenue.

Qualifications

• Guest Relations, Customer Service, and Communication skills
• Sales experience
• Receptionist Duties proficiency
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
