Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Basant Kunj, New Delhi. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, communication, customer service, sales, and receptionist duties on a daily basis.  Welcoming Guests: Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude and ensure they feel comfortable and valued. Assist guests with seating arrangements and ensure smooth table management.  Customer Interaction: Engage with guests to understand their dining preferences, answer inquiries, and provide recommendations on menu items. Handle special requests, complaints, or concerns in a professional and efficient manner.  Reservation Management: Manage reservations via phone, online booking platforms, and in person. Coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure accurate and smooth seating arrangements.  Customer Feedback: Collect guest feedback, both verbal and written, and report it to management to improve customer service. Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit and follow up on unresolved issues.  Promotion and Upselling: Promote special offers, events, and new menu items to enhance guest experience. Upsell food and beverage options to boost revenue. Qualifications Guest Relations, Customer Service, and Communication skills Sales experience Receptionist Duties proficiency Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field Interview Venu- F2F Only
