Job Title: Guest Relations Executive - Truefitt & Hill Barbershop

Job Overview:

As a Guest Relations Executive at our barber shop, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience. Your role is crucial in creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for customers while assisting with their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Reception:

- Greet clients warmly upon arrival and ensure a friendly atmosphere.

- Manage the reception area, including handling appointments, walk-ins, and inquiries.

2. Appointment Management:

- Schedule and confirm client appointments using the booking system.

- Effectively manage the appointment calendar, coordinating with barbers to optimize their schedules.

3. Client Assistance:

- Understand and fulfill client preferences, providing information on available services.

- Assist clients in choosing appropriate services based on their needs and style preferences.

4. Customer Service:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

5. Maintaining Cleanliness:

- Ensure the reception and waiting areas are tidy and well-maintained.

- Collaborate with the cleaning staff to uphold cleanliness standards throughout the barbershop.

6. Product Knowledge:

- Stay informed about the various grooming products and services offered.

- Provide information on grooming tips and product recommendations to clients.

7. Upselling and Promotions:

- Promote additional services and products to clients based on their preferences and needs.

- Inform clients about ongoing promotions, discounts, or loyalty programs.

8. Microsoft Excel:

- Good knowledge of Excel experience is necessary for this position as there will be day to day reporting system.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a salon, spa, or grooming establishment.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Familiarity with appointment booking systems is advantageous.
