Role Description

The Guest Relations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests, managing reservations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and coordinating with the service team to maintain high-quality hospitality standards. Additionally, the role involves handling guest inquiries, addressing feedback, and fostering strong customer relationships to enhance the overall dining experience.

Qualifications

• Strong in speaking professional English as well as writing and communication.
• Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to ensure a welcoming and exceptional guest experience.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
• Experience in Sales and the ability to promote services and offerings to guests.
• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including managing reservations and maintaining operations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site hospitality environment.
• Previous experience in the hospitality or fine dining industry is an advantage.
• Professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude.
