Guest Relation Executive

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jodhpur for a Guest Relation Executive. As a Guest Relation Executive, your primary responsibility will be managing guest interactions to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns they may have. Your daily tasks will involve greeting and assisting guests upon arrival, providing detailed information about the facilities, and collaborating with other departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling inquiries or complaints in a professional manner, aiming to enhance the overall guest experience. In this role, you will also perform receptionist duties and support sales activities by promoting various services and amenities offered by Surpura Bagh. Your ability to engage guests effectively, communicate clearly, and showcase the value of our services will be crucial in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. To excel in this position, you should possess strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills, along with excellent Communication and Interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Administrative tasks is essential, as is experience in Sales and Upselling services. The role requires you to multitask efficiently, remain composed in stressful situations, and leverage various office and hotel management software to streamline operations. Ideally, you should hold a High School Diploma or equivalent qualification, while a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field would be advantageous. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred, demonstrating your familiarity with guest service standards and practices.,
