Job Description

The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience. This role involves greeting guests, handling queries, managing reservations or appointments, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and ensure a friendly, professional first impression.
  • Assist guests with check-in/check-out, appointments, reservations, or inquiries as required.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly, providing effective solutions and escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of services, facilities, promotions, and policies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (housekeeping, front desk, operations, admin, etc.) to fulfill guest requests.
  • Manage guest records, maintain accurate logs, and update systems (CRM/PMS).
  • Follow company standards for guest service, communication, and presentation.
  • Ensure the lobby/front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Gather guest feedback to help improve overall guest satisfaction.
  • Support special events, VIP visits, and guest engagement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in guest relations, customer service, or front desk operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Professional grooming, etiquette, and presentation.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and front-office systems (PMS/CRM).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, or shifts if required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hospitality, hotels, healthcare, aviation, or premium service industries.
  • Knowledge of multiple languages (optional but beneficial).
  • Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
