Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Relation Associate to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch service to our guests.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests to ensure they have an exceptional experience.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle complaints and feedback courteously and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
