Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.


Roles and Responsibility
  • Supervise and coordinate guest-facing staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and resolve guest complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Analyze guest feedback and suggest improvements to services and operations.
  • Train and mentor guest-facing staff on best practices and company policies.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in guest experience supervision or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality and service.
