GSA-Housekeeping

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping professional to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

• Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a clean environment.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to identify and address any issues or concerns.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer experiences.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and staff performance.
• Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing and motivating staff.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, inventory management, and health and safety protocols is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills are needed to address guest complaints and concerns.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an advantage.
