GSA-Housekeeping

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping professional to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

• Manage and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement and provide feedback to staff members.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment related to housekeeping operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing and motivating staff members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
• Knowledge of cleaning protocols, procedures, and safety regulations is required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills are needed to address challenges and resolve issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications is an asset.
