Job Description

Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a GSA - Housekeeping professional at Holiday Inn. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance in guest rooms and public areas.
  • Provide exceptional housekeeping services to guests, including changing linens and restocking amenities.
  • Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning procedures to prevent cross contamination.
Job Requirements
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and guest-facing services.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use cleaning software applications.
