Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced GSA F&B Service professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and excellent customer service skills.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate food and beverage services to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in food and beverage service.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
