Position Overview:

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities for our custom software development services. Your primary focus will be on identifying and engaging potential clients through targeted lead generation efforts. You will collaborate with our sales and technical teams to nurture relationships and convert leads into business opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and business development, particularly in the IT and technology sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation

    : Proactively identify and generate high-quality leads through various online platforms, portals, and tools.
  • Research & Outreach

    : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and decision-makers. Initiate contact via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.
  • Platform Utilization

    : Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, AngelList, Clutch, and other relevant portals to generate leads and build a pipeline.
  • Relationship Building

    : Engage with leads, qualify opportunities, and build long-term relationships with potential clients. Understand client needs and align them with our software development solutions.
  • Lead Qualification

    : Qualify leads based on their business needs, budgets, and project requirements to ensure alignment with company offerings.
  • CRM Management

    : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, communications, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration

    : Work closely with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads and support the sales process.
  • International Market Engagement

    : Flexibility to work with clients from various international time zones, ensuring effective communication and prompt follow-up.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in

    lead generation

    , preferably in the IT services, software development, or technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of

    B2B sales platforms

    (LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, AngelList, Clutch, etc.) and lead generation tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
  • Strong understanding of the IT services and custom software development industry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Experience working with

    international clients

    and adjusting to flexible working hours based on different time zones is an advantage.
