Role Overview: As a Growth Partner at Dsoft Innovations LLP, you will play a crucial role in India's JewelleryTech revolution by empowering family jewellers to embrace digital transformation, enhance customer loyalty, and accelerate growth through technology. You will be at the forefront of driving change in the jewellery sector by promoting the adoption of digital platforms and CRM tools. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with jewellers to launch branded Apps & Websites using the Suvarna Setu platform. - Encourage the use of ORNATE CRM tools for loyalty programs, gifting, and customer retention. - Assist jewellers in managing customer relationships efficiently to drive recurring revenue. - Establish and nurture long-term client relationships, enabling them to compete with national brands. - Identify client business goals, explore upselling opportunities, and ensure measurable success. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide valuable on-ground insights for product enhancement. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B, Channel, SaaS, or Fintech Sales/Customer Success roles. - Strong skills in relationship-building and consultative selling. - A passion for technology-driven business transformation. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office; exposure to Customer Success platforms is advantageous. - Preferably experience in the jewellery, diamond, or retail-tech industry. - Education: Bachelors or Masters in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Willingness to travel across India for client engagements.
