As a Growth Partner at Dsoft Infotech, you will play a crucial role in driving India's digital transformation in the jewellery industry by empowering family jewellers across Delhi and the Northern Region to go digital, build loyalty, and scale faster with cutting-edge technology. **Key Responsibilities:** - Spearhead field sales and direct client visits within Delhi and the 8 connected states to acquire new jeweller partners. - Assist jewellers in launching their branded App & Website via Suvarna Setu. - Drive CRM adoption for loyalty & customer retention. - Establish strong, long-term business relationships through frequent in-person engagement. - Ensure recurring revenue and client success across the territory. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B / SaaS / Channel Sales or Customer Success. - Possess excellent communication & consultative selling skills. - Demonstrated track record in Field Sales/Acquisition is highly preferred. - Exhibit a passion for tech-driven business transformation. - Must be willing and able to travel extensively across Delhi and the 8 connected states, with a primary focus on Northern India.
