Growth-Oriented Marketing Strategist

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute

    growth marketing strategies

    across digital channels to drive acquisition, retention, and revenue
  • Own and scale

    affiliate marketing programs

    —from partner identification and onboarding to performance optimization
  • Design and manage

    email marketing funnels

    for nurturing, re-engagement, and conversions
  • Plan and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns, integrating paid, organic, and referral efforts
  • Monitor KPIs and use data to improve channel effectiveness, budget allocation, and ROI
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to maintain messaging alignment and campaign execution
  • Identify new growth opportunities and run experiments to validate and scale tactics
  • Set up marketing infrastructure including automation tools, tracking systems, and reporting dashboards


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in

    growth marketing

    , performance marketing, or demand generation
  • Proven success with

    affiliate marketing

    —including partner recruitment, campaign design, and optimization
  • Generated and managed revenue through e-commerce channels

    , leveraging targeted campaigns, CRO strategies, and performance-driven initiatives to drive online sales.
  • Deep experience in

    email marketing

    , including segmentation, automation workflows, A/B testing, and deliverability best practices
  • Strong knowledge of digital channels such as paid search, paid social, SEO, and retargeting
  • Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), and email automation platforms
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a bias for experimentation
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment
