Location: Remote Type: Full-Time Experience: 7+ Years About the Role: We are looking for a Marketing Strategist for LLP/WWC to lead brand building and growth initiatives in a full-time capacity. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, strategic environment and is eager to build and scale a brand from the ground up. You’ll work directly with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape the future of a high-potential business in the B2B/compliance space. Key Responsibilities: Define and build the LLP/WWC brand, including tone, positioning, and visual identity Design and implement full-funnel marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions Identify and lead strategic partnership and co-marketing opportunities Manage marketing campaigns end-to-end, from planning to execution and optimization Analyze campaign performance and use insights to inform future strategy Explore unconventional and high-leverage growth tactics to expand market reach Collaborate with internal teams across design, content, sales, and leadership to ensure alignment Set up scalable marketing infrastructure, including tools, automation, and reporting dashboards Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, and growth execution Proven experience in scaling early-stage or B2B/compliance-driven brands Strong understanding of brand building, customer journeys, and GTM strategies Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, GA) Data-driven, with strong analytical and decision-making skills Exceptional communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership If you're ready to build a powerful brand from the ground up and play a key role in shaping its future, we’d love to hear from you. Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist Location: Remote We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Strategist & Specialist with a proven ability to double email revenue through both strategic planning and hands-on execution. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a performance-driven eCommerce environment and is passionate about customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and campaign optimization. Key Responsibilities: Own the entire email marketing channel strategy—from planning and execution to performance tracking and revenue growth. Develop and execute compelling promotional, transactional, and lifecycle email campaigns that drive engagement and maximize ROI. Identify revenue growth opportunities and lead initiatives aimed at doubling email channel revenue. Build, test, and optimize automated email flows, drip campaigns, and behavior-based triggers. Design and implement segmentation strategies to deliver personalized messaging at scale. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, content, and product teams to create high-converting emails and nurture sequences. Conduct A/B tests to optimize subject lines, creatives, CTAs, send times, and segmentation. Monitor KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, revenue per email, etc.) and deliver actionable insights. Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.) and maintain best practices for deliverability. Stay current with trends, tools, and innovations in email marketing, CRM, and automation platforms. Required Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of experience in email marketing with a focus on revenue growth and performance. Proven track record of significantly increasing revenue from email campaigns—ideally doubling email-driven sales. Mandatory experience in the eCommerce industry—understanding customer journeys, promotional cycles, and retention strategies. Strong grasp of email marketing strategy, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). Proficient in analyzing email performance metrics and turning data into insights. Bonus: Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email customization.
