About the Role

Performance Marketing Manager


Key Responsibilities


Campaign Management

  • Plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns on

    Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (FB/IG), and LinkedIn

    .
  • Manage budgets, bidding strategies, targeting and creatives for maximum ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, audiences, and funnels.
  • Track daily performance and ensure KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CAC, and ROAS are met.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager dashboards, CRM, and CDP tools.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and action plans.
  • Identify opportunities for scaling, cost-reduction, and funnel improvement.

Cross-Channel Marketing

  • Execute

    WhatsApp marketing

    flows, broadcast campaigns, and automation.
  • Integrate performance campaigns with

    CRM workflows

    for better lead nurturing.
  • Work with CDP platforms to refine audiences and improve segmentation.

Strategy & Optimization

  • Develop performance strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and website teams to align messaging and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in

    Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

    .
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and funnel analytics.
  • Experience with

    WhatsApp Marketing tools

    , CRM systems (HubSpot/Zoho/Salesforce), or CDP platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Tag Manager, and basic Excel reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in healthcare, education, or real estate industries (optional but preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of landing page tools (WordPress, Wix, Webflow).
  • Understanding of automation tools like Zapier, Make, or CRM workflows.
