Brand Story:

Shape a compelling narrative that makes lending feel empowering, not transactional.

Performance Metrics:

Own core growth KPIs like CAC, conversion, retention, and lifetime value.

User Advocacy:

Experienced:

5–8 years in growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing, ideally with experience in

consumer fintech or fast-growing consumer brands in India.

Strategic & Hands-On:

You can define a long-term growth roadmap and also roll up your sleeves to run campaigns.

Data-Driven & Creative:

You balance numbers with storytelling—able to analyze a funnel and also write copy that resonates.

Customer-Centric:

You see lending not just as a product but as a way to empower people’s dreams.

Collaborative:

Strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
