Growth Intern Position

Responsibilities

Drive user acquisition and engagement across college campuses

Create student-focused content for social media and marketing campaigns

Analyze user data to optimize onboarding and retention strategies

Build and manage campus ambassador networks

Develop growth experiments and run A/B tests for new acquisition channels

Research and establish partnerships with university placement cells

Ideal Candidate Profile

Education: Students from Computer Science, Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related fields

Year: 2nd year to final year students

Skills: Interest in digital marketing, comfort with data analysis, strong communication abilities

Mindset: Entrepreneurial spirit, growth-focused, strong connector within student communities
