As a Social Media Specialist at Qurez, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement social media content plans. You will curate a monthly content calendar and collaborate with the design team for successful implementation. It will be your duty to schedule and post engaging posts, reels, and stories regularly to maintain a strong online presence. Additionally, you will conduct live sessions on various social media platforms to interact with the audience. You will be tasked with overseeing the aesthetics of our social media pages and content, ensuring a visually appealing and cohesive brand image. As part of your role, you will shoot videos, reels, and stories that resonate with our target audience. Responding to comments and direct messages, addressing product queries, complaints, and collaboration requests will be a crucial aspect of your job. Staying updated with social media trends and competitors will be essential. You will analyze audience growth, post insights, and devise strategies to boost engagement, increase followers, and drive sales. We are looking for a Founder’s Office Intern (Growth Manager – Brand & Marketing) who thrives in an early-stage startup environment and loves solving problems. You will work directly with the Founder and gain hands-on experience in building and scaling a consumer brand.
