Growth Marketing Intern

About the Role

At Qurez, we are redefining suncare with products that are safe, effective, and sustainable. We are looking for a Founder’s Office Intern (Growth Manager – Brand & Marketing) who thrives in an early-stage startup environment and loves solving problems.

You will work directly with the Founder and gain hands-on experience in building and scaling a consumer brand. If you’re ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to hustle in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts across Q-commerce platforms and marketplaces
• Execute brand growth strategies and marketing initiatives
• Support day-to-day operations and new projects with the founder
• Assist in identifying growth opportunities and brand positioning

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Freshers or professionals with less than 2 years of experience
• Strong interest in brand building, marketing, and operations
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Experience

• Previous exposure to startups, D2C brands, or e-commerce/marketplaces
• Knowledge of Q-commerce platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)
• Understanding of digital marketing basics
