About The Opportunity

Join an early-stage growth team at Innovkaro Solutions LLP and help scale acquisition and activation channels across paid, organic, and email. You will support execution of performance campaigns, run growth experiments, and translate data into actionable optimizations that move key funnel metrics.Role & Responsibilities

Support planning and execution of paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads—set up, monitor, and optimise for CPA/ROAS.
Instrument analytics (GA4, GTM) and maintain dashboards to track funnel metrics, cohort performance and campaign ROI.
Design and run A/B tests across landing pages, creatives and email sequences; analyse results and recommend iterative improvements.
Assist with SEO research and on-page optimisation using SEMrush/Ahrefs inputs and support content distribution for organic growth.
Manage email campaigns and basic marketing automation workflows using HubSpot or Mailchimp; segment lists and report on engagement.
Prepare concise weekly reports and present insights to the growth team to influence roadmap and campaign priorities.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
Hands-on exposure to Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager via internships, projects, or coursework.
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for event tracking and conversion measurement.
Basic data skills: Excel or Google Sheets for analysis; ability to build and interpret dashboards.
Experience running A/B tests or growth experiments and interpreting statistical results.
Curiosity for metrics-driven marketing and a bias toward experimentation and quick iteration.

Preferred

Certifications in Google Ads or Google Analytics.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or other marketing automation platforms.
Prior internship experience in a startup or SaaS marketing environment; basic SQL for ad-hoc queries is a plus.
