About the Internship We are looking for a Marketing Operations Intern who wants to learn how modern marketing works. You will get to use marketing tools, help run marketing campaigns across different channels, and work on reporting and data analysis. You do not need any past experience. We will teach you everything. But you must be serious about learning and working every day. Who should apply You want to learn B2B marketing from the basics You want to understand how marketing campaigns are planned and run You want to use tools and AI to do modern marketing work You are comfortable working in a small team or startup environment You are open to working on different kinds of tasks You are currently studying or have recently finished your graduation You are willing to work hard and try new things What you will do Make lists of companies and people we want to target Keep our contact list updated in our CRM Help run marketing campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and Google Ads and more Track how each campaign is performing and share updates Help send weekly email newsletters Keep track of updates from our target companies Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to support our day to day work Find new ideas to automate our tasks and campaigns You will get to use modern marketing tools like: Hubspot, Apollo, Clay, Smartleads, ChatGPT, Clearbit, Propensity, Webflow, and more (You don’t need to know these tools now, we will guide you.) Important Details This is a remote internship (work from home) There is no fixed salary, this is a revenue-sharing model If you do well, you may get a chance to join EnGrow full-time after the internship Please read everything carefully. You’ll work directly with our founder and core team, learning how demand generation and account-based marketing strategy actually work in practice.
