About EnGrow

EnGrow is a B2B marketing consulting company that helps SaaS and IT Services businesses grow using Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Demand Generation strategies. We work closely with founders, sales leaders, and marketing teams to design and execute GTM strategies that accelerate acquisition, pipeline velocity, retention, and expansion.


About the Internship

This internship is designed for business students who want real-world exposure to modern B2B marketing. You’ll work directly with our founder and core team, learning how demand generation and account-based marketing strategy actually work in practice.

You don’t need prior experience, we’ll teach you everything. What we expect is curiosity, discipline, and a willingness to experiment, learn, and deliver every day.


Who Should Apply

This role is the right fit if you:

  • Are pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Business Management (BBA/BBM/BBS/MBA/PGDM)
  • Are serious about building a career in B2B Marketing
  • Want to understand how marketing strategy drives growth in tech companies
  • Want to learn implementation of AI in marketing 
  • Are comfortable working in a startup environment where priorities shift and learning is fast-paced
  • Are open to working on multiple areas, from research to execution to creative design
  • Are willing to put in consistent effort and learn by doing


What You Will Do

As a Marketing Intern at EnGrow, you will:

  • Conduct deep research on industries, companies, and buyer personas using AI
  • Build, clean, and segment contact databases for campaigns
  • Support the activation of multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid ads)
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to identify what works and what doesn’t
  • Help plan and publish our weekly email newsletter
  • Design creatives and schedule social media posts
  • Contribute to our “AI in Marketing” project, developing AI-powered workflows for modern marketing use cases
  • Take part in brainstorming sessions and support new marketing initiatives as they come up


Important Details

  • This is a 4-month internship
  • It is completely Remote internship 
  • No monthly compensation or fixed salary. This is a revenue-sharing model where you earn a percentage from company revenue generated through your contributions
  • High-performing interns may be offered a full-time role at EnGrow after the internship
