The QA Automation Engineer Intern at Ottermap will have the opportunity to work on developing, maintaining, and executing test cases for web and mobile applications, as well as conducting QA automation. The role includes collaborating with the development team to identify and resolve defects and integrating automated testing into the development workflow. Additionally, the intern will be involved in product management tasks such as gathering requirements, prioritizing features, and tracking KPIs for product success. Strong knowledge of testing frameworks, API testing, performance testing, and debugging is required, along with familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and test management tools. Knowledge in CI/CD pipelines and version control is essential. Experience in product management or working closely with product teams is considered a bonus.
