ROLE : Marketing Intern

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase student enrolments for AI, IT, and other training programs.

• Identify target audiences: college students, graduates, working professionals.

• Plan monthly and quarterly campaign calendars aligned with product launches, webinars, workshops, and internships.

2. Content Creation & Brand Building:

• Lead creation of high-quality content

• Course promotion creatives

• Blogs, infographics, email, website content

• Website content & landing page messaging

3. Social Media & Community Growth:

• Oversee all social platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook).

• Build online student communities (WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord) for better engagement and conversions.

4. Campus Outreach & Partnerships:

• Plan and execute campus outreach programs in colleges across Bengaluru and nearby regions.

• Establish partnerships with TPOs, department heads, and student clubs.

• Conduct seminars, workshops, hackathons, placement-readiness sessions to promote Innoknowvex courses.

• Manage student ambassador programs to increase on-ground visibility.

5.Student Engagement & Retention:

• Create communication flows to nurture leads (emails, WhatsApp broadcasts, retargeting ads).

• Design referral programs, student testimonials, alumni stories to boost credibility.

• Support upselling advanced programs.

• College Students ( Tamil candidates preferred )

• 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Final year Students can apply
