About the Internship

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Intern who wants to learn how modern marketing works. You will get to use marketing tools, help run marketing campaigns across different channels, and work on reporting and data analysis.

• You are comfortable working in a small team or startup environment

• You are currently studying or have recently finished your graduation
• You are willing to work hard and try new things

What you will do

• Make lists of companies and people we want to target
• Keep our contact list updated in our CRM
• Help run marketing campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and Google Ads and more
• Track how each campaign is performing and share updates
• Help send weekly email newsletters
• Keep track of updates from our target companies
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini to support our day to day work
• Find new ideas to automate our tasks and campaigns

You will get to use modern marketing tools like:

Hubspot, Apollo, Clay, Smartleads, ChatGPT, Clearbit, Propensity, Webflow, and more (You don’t need to know these tools now, we will guide you.)

Important Details

• This is a remote internship (work from home)
• There is no fixed salary, this is a revenue-sharing model
• If you do well, you may get a chance to join EnGrow full-time after the internship
