Role Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Intern who will support full-funnel growth initiatives from demand generation to retention. Youll help build campaigns, analyse performance data, and optimise touchpoints across email, WhatsApp, push notifications, social media, web, and trade shows.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution:

  • Assist in multi-channel campaigns (email, WhatsApp, push) via marketing & customer engagement platforms to improve acquisition, activation & retention.
  • Utilize tools like Clevertap to optimize customer segmentation based on product activities & funnel touch points.
  • Draft copy & work with design team to build design assets (Canva/Adobe)
  • Edit landing pages in WordPress to align with brand campaigns.

Lead Generation & Nurture:

  • Support list segmentation and A/B tests to lift open, click, and conversion rates.
  • Coordinate lead-handoff rules with SDRs and track funnel metrics in CRM.
  • Implement AI automations to optimise lead generation & customer activation.

Content & SEO:

  • Plan, schedule, and publish organic social posts (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X) and track channel analytics to refine content strategy.
  • Repurpose product stories into blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and SEO-optimised pages.
  • Use SEMrush, GA4, and Keyword Planners for keyword research, competitor insights, and on-page recommendations.

Data & Analytics:

  • Pull weekly dashboards (GA4, Zoho Analytics) on revenue, MAU, retention, and other key metrics.
  • Run basic SQL queries or advanced Excel cohort analysis (training provided).
  • Present insights and propose optimisations based on data.
  • Help in implementing event-based data points using Google Tag Manager.

Growth Experiments:

  • Brainstorm, prioritise, and run quick experiments with A/B testing or Multi-variant testing.
  • Document hypotheses, results, and next steps to improve key metrics.

Market Research:

  • Track competitor strategies & campaigns in the luxury & diamond sectors.
  • Research on industry trends to assist management in planning quarterly strategies.

What Were Looking For

  1. Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  2. Comfortable with Excel/Sheets; bonus for GA4, Google Tag Manager, SQL, or any BI tool.
  3. Ability to write advanced prompts and learn new AI use cases related to automations and brand optimization.
  4. Strong written English; able to craft concise B2B copy & understand business requirements.
  5. Working knowledge of any design tool (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite).
  6. Solid grasp of major digital channels (email, social, SEO, web analytics).
  7. Proactive, organised, and eager to learn in a fast-moving, metrics-driven environment.
  8. Prior internship or coursework in growth/performance marketing or CRM related areas is a plus, but not required.
