That’s why every marketing journey here starts with ORM (Online Relationship Management). Before you learn how to market a brand, you’ll learn how to effectively communicate with people.
This isn’t about making pitch decks or shadowing someone. You’ll be helping customers directly, spotting patterns, and learning how to build trust. Those everyday conversations? They’re the foundation of great marketing.
- Talk to customers, listen carefully, answer their questions, and make skincare feel personal.
- Guide people through routines, solve small concerns, and make them feel at home with AMINU.
- Observe how customers interact with our website - notice what works and is a work in progress.
- Share your learnings with the team so we can improve experiences, campaigns, and communication.
- Be part of real discussions with the marketing and founding teams, where ideas get debated, tested, and built.
- How to turn raw conversations into insights that shape brand voice and campaigns.
- How trust is built (and lost) in everyday interactions.
- Basics of CRM, WhatsApp/email marketing, retention strategies, and customer experience.
- What it really takes to run marketing in a global skincare brand.
- Someone who thrives in a little chaos (because marketing + social media = fast + messy).
- A good communicator who loves talking to people and making them feel comfortable.
- An empath and a listener, you care about the “why,” not just the “what.”
- Curious, observant, and willing to try things hands-on rather than just watch.
Duration: 6 months (minimum commitment)
Location: On-site, Kandivali (West), Mumbai
Timing: Full-time 10 AM – 7 PM | Monday to Saturday
Stipend: Upto ₹15,000/month + completion bonus ₹20,000
Perks: Letter of recommendation from the founder + possible conversion to a full-time marketing role after the internship
