What you will do:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across paid search, social, affiliates, display, email, and other performance channels. Coordinate with creative, digital, and sales teams.
  
• Support email marketing efforts: campaign creation, segmentation, scheduling, testing, deliverability, and analysis.
  
• Conduct research and analyze US market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor strategies.
  
• Monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend optimizations to improve ROI.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, product, sales, analytics, business development).
  
• Identify and engage business development opportunities—partnerships, co-marketing, channel expansion.
  
• Assist in managing marketing budgets, forecasts, vendor relations, and campaign execution.
  
• Help prepare performance dashboards and present results to senior management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing with strong exposure to performance and growth marketing.
  
• Knowledge of US market dynamics, channels, consumer profiles, and regulatory considerations.
  
• Hands-on experience running paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
  
• Strong email marketing skills including CRM, segmentation, deliverability, analytics.
  
• Analytical mindset and fluency in using Google Analytics, BI tools, CRO tools.
  
• Proactive, business savvy, results-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
  
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
