Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Lead and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention at Wayvida Plan and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across performance channels (search, social, email, referrals, etc.) For EdTech verticals, focus on acquiring and nurturing learners, educators, or institutions via webinars, demos, and conversion funnels For SaaS verticals, implement product-led growth strategies by optimizing onboarding, user journeys, and feature adoption Drive continuous experimentation through A/B testing, funnel optimization, and user feedback analysis Collaborate with product, design, marketing, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives Monitor and report key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for performance improvements Identify and execute lifecycle marketing and re-engagement strategies to reduce churn and increase customer LTV Explore and test new growth opportunities across emerging channels, partnerships, and distribution models Own growth KPIs and provide regular updates to leadership with data-backed strategies and execution plans Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus 5–7 years of proven experience in a growth, product, or performance marketing role, preferably in EdTech or SaaS #growthmanager Show more Show less
