Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic, data-driven, and creative Growth Manager to drive client acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth for our marketing agency. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, optimizing marketing funnels, and scaling outreach strategies to expand the agency’s portfolio of clients and projects. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Lead Generation - Develop and execute outbound and inbound strategies to acquire new clients. - Identify high-potential business segments and niches. - Build and manage lead-generation campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, email, ads, etc. - Maintain tools to track pipeline progress and performance. Sales & Conversion Optimization - Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and service presentations. - Conduct discovery calls and meetings with prospects. - Collaborate with leadership to refine pricing strategies and pitch formats. - Work closely with the servicing team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Growth Marketing Initiatives - Create and run growth experiments (ads, landing pages, funnel tweaks). - Track and improve key growth metrics: CPL, conversion rate, LTV, etc. - Collaborate with the content and performance team to align campaigns with sales goals. Strategic Partnerships & Networking - Attend relevant industry events, webinars, and networking forums. - Build relationships with potential collaborators, vendors, and referrers. - Explore white-label partnerships or reseller opportunities. Market Research & Competitive Analysis - Monitor market trends and competitor strategies. -Identify and recommend new service offerings or industry verticals to tap into. Key KPIs - Number of leads generated per month. - Conversion rate from lead to client. - Revenue growth and client acquisition cost. - Client lifetime value (CLTV) and retention rate. Requirements - 2–5 years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or digital sales (preferably in an agency setup). - Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Analytical mindset with a love for numbers, funnels, and metrics. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
